For the first time in many years my wife, 2 daughters, and I baked cookies from scratch. Most recent years we have been running round crazy and resorted to break-and-bake. It was fun and gave my wife a nice new 7 qt Kitchenaid mixer so I am sure that will led to more and more baking!!!!
Congratulations on your waverly. You blog is one of the few well documented blogs that I have come across in building a Ryan Home. All the information that you have shared here is very helpful for propety virgin like me.
Recently we signed a contract for waverly (http://nammawaverly.blogspot.com) in Richmond VA and currently we are working on selecting options and waiting for pre-construction meeting.
