We finally got curtains for the Family Room, and so we picked our favorite out of two styles that my wife ordered from J.C. Penney. They're 95" long. Measuring and putting up the rods took me many hours, but it was worth it.
We're trying to get the house looking its best before our Easter company this Sunday :)
Here are the pictures...

The pixs of curtains look sooo nice! I have been leaning towards curtains than blinds and they look soooo gorgeous. I love them it looks great!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! The room looks elegant and comfy! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love the color scheme.
ReplyDeleteLooks GREAT! Did you go through eBates for 6% cash back? http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?referrerid=ilxCTh0SChJLkSyzv%2BEeFA%3D%3D
ReplyDeleteThank you all.
ReplyDelete@Amy, we did not do that - we'll check it out though, thank you. Can't believe how expensive window treatments are. For example, while we were in J.C. Penney we saw some custom-made cornices that they were selling for the ubelievable price of $500 each! Ridiculous. To do a morning room with those would cost $3,000! Crazy stuff.
Window treatments are obnoxiously expensive. And I don't understand why? I was able to find someone on Craigslist to do our morning room - she worked out well. That might be an option for you.
ReplyDeleteWe actually did our morning room back in December...here are some pics:
